Coating design The coating design takes the priority over our product design in accordance with the application. It is a very important procedure for the final desirable performances of the abrasion resistant coating. Taking the approach roll of bar cooling bed for example, we respectively design the primary coat, working coat and face coat in order to get the abrasion resistant coating suitable to the roll. |

Metal powder hot-spraying Spray torch evenly sprays the metal powder from a set formula over the outside surface of the cylinder. In this procedure, the coating quality is affected by the ajustment of flame, distance between jet and the surface, travel speed of the torch, revolving speed of the workpiece, and the powder output altogether.
