Penn Club Hiking Trip – the Dragon’s Back on this Sunday, 1 March 2009

The Penn Club will like to invite you to our first hiking trail in 2009 - the Dragon's Back (龍脊) on this coming Sunday, 03/01/2009.

Dragon Back Highlights:

This trail was hailed by Time Magazine as Asia's best urban hike "This is the city's finest and most surprising ramble... The glory of it all is that you're so close to the city, but could hardly feel further away." On the route, you will encounter a reservoir with jade green waters, groves of bamboo and lush woodland, the spectacular Shek O Country Park, and the spinal ridge of the Dragon's Back. The breathtaking views take in dazzling seas, the distant Nine Pins Islands, sandy Big Wave Bay, Tai Tam Harbour, Stanley and Red Hill peninsulas - a trail you simply can't miss.
