Penn Scholar's Foundation
The Foundation is a charitable trust in Hong Kong set up in response to
members' request for a vehicle for tax deduction when donating monies to
support scholarships for study at the University of Pennsylvania. The
Foundation was established in March 2002. The Foundation is now a
"charitable institution of a public character, exempt from tax under Section
88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance". Trustees are: Daphne King Yao, Joseph
Ferrigno, Victoria Powers, and Priscilla Chung.
All who donate money for the support of scholarships and desire tax
deduction should address checks to "Penn Scholar's Foundation; and mail them to:

Hong Kong
A receipt shall be returned to them for tax deduction purposes.
